They are offering either 50% in person/50% home OR 100% home.
The 100% remote kids you might as well just give them shovels and axes now and send them to the camps, they won't be learning shit. Their education will be on youtube. Endless videos as they gorge lying on their bed, the next generation of idiots.
I am gang banged each year paying outrageous property taxes to this school system and they cannot even figure out how to deal with this. Apparently state guidelines are mandating 6' or some such shit. There is a cafeteria, there are hallways, there is a gymnasium (and they aren't playing sports anyway). There was a survey released and 2/3rd of parents in this school system had little or no concern sending their kids back, 25% had some concern, then the rest are maoists so who cares what they think.
After studying the state guidelines for reopening, we have determined that due to space and staffing limitations, we are unable to offer full-time, in-person instruction to start the school year. Therefore, like many other area districts, we are moving forward with plans for a hybrid model of instruction, as well as a fully remote learning model.
