As long as it was public property then yeah I agree the cop/sec guard needs to F off. From the video it looks like a parking lot, which if so is likely private property, similar to your driveway or private land you hunt on. Not all private property is indoors, and just because it may be publicly accessible private land doesn't revoke that the owners/leasees can toss you off the land if they don't want you there.Inside the event yes. It was not because they were wearing Trump clothes . It was because it was a protest of Trump supporters against Desantis. The SECURITY guard told them to leave the premises. As long as it was public property then yeah I agree the cop/sec guard needs to F off. I'd also say on DeSantis that unless they were heckling or something it's a bad look to toss them out, bad choice on his part if they weren't causing problems.

Poor choice of words but how do you tell the protesters from Desantis supporters? Look at the pictures of the people he is talking to. They are with people holding anti-desantis signs . Let’s have some common sense here and put the words said in the context of the situation"Anyone wearing Trump has to go right now" from the security guard's mouth.

No it doesn’t . If you are at a protest, and the protest is to be confined to certain area such as the anti -gun people at the NRA convention, they can make people wearing anti-gun shirts leave . Not just private security but the police can do this as well. Separate protesters from others especially if the other party has more right to be there than the other.I don't disagree but by using those words he violated the 1st Amendment. No different than schools going after kids that wear Trump shirts.
If it's public property then everyone has a right to be there, even if they're wearing offensive clothing. No one person/group has more of a right to be there than any other. No it doesn’t . It depends. If Desantis got the parade permit for that part of the street then the answer is no the protesters don’t have a right to be there at that particular spot . They could protest on another part of the street but not where the permit for his group is going to be. And yes, they can be forced to leave that particular area.If it's public property then everyone has a right to be there, even if they're wearing offensive clothing. Now on private property it's GTFO!
Just telling someone to leave is not violating any rights, FORCING them to leave is.
