Primers

I bought these during that period of time when virtually nothing was available. Well, I'm about out of my beloved Federal small rifle primers and will start using these up. Is it safe for me to assume that as CCI calls them "Military Primers" they would be on the magnum side of the primer curve? I don't think I am maxed out on any load I would be using them on, would it be a good idea to back off a couple grains ?

I'm not sure, but i think the brass is slightly thicker to protect the primer when it's staked in place.

The big difference between those and the standard CCI 400 small rifle primers is that the cup is harder in order to prevent slamfires. Your biggest problem would be misfires caused by a light primer strike. If that's not going to be an issue, use them.
