It said that the venue was OK with patrons carrying and that Nugent said NO Guns .Then it said that Nugent allows guns at his concerts.

I felt the same way reading it. Very hard to follow and was contradictory at points. Basic premise (as much as I could surmise) was that security at the venue said no guns but as a rule Ted allows them.
