Range date

I finished putting together my 350 Legend upper and lower, got the scope yesterday. Such beautiful day I lit out for the range to see if everything works properly. I put my target out a 50 yards hoping I would at least be on the cardboard. Fired three times for triangulation and even with binoculars, with the sun glaring off the snow, I couldn't see any holes so I walked up to look at the berm for impacts to give me an idea where the heck they were hitting. To my surprise, Bingo! Neverhad this happen before.

Everything performed as it should, upper and lower!!!!! This is going to be one awesome deer rifle!

Yea, I'm not going until this gets a lot better. I just don't think it's a good idea to be out shooting hundreds of rounds that you can't replace right now.

If your that low that a few hundred will make a difference then I guess you should stay home, or you could've stocked up when things where cheap and plentiful.

What barrel length did you go with?

It's a 20" barrel Kev. I put a Kaw Valley Linear Comp on it. It is a real comfortable gun to shoot. I even fired it without ear protection once and suffered no temporary hearing loss, and believe me, I have done that by mistake with another gun fit with a compensator and except for a loud roar, I was completely deaf for about a long five minutes, and it took a couple hours for it to come back completely.

I put a 1.5-4 scope on it and used some factory ammo to get it on paper at my 84 yard home range yesterday. First shot a touch low and to the right, one adjustment and fired the remaining nine. Not taking my time either, damn I love this gun!

I'll do till I can get to a true 100 yard range. I sight all my guns to 1" high @ 100 Yds..

Seems the straight wall cartridges do very well out to 100.yd. , .450 B groups similar.
Might be time for a 350 L here.
