There’s no way they’re letting anyone keep a NY permit unless you own property in NY.
I do not.

sell your home in NY and move to FL and have NY PP .. expect a letter to turn your guns in to FUAC .. LOL .. not joking ..
you can't come back to your friends or family with a pistol and go shooting on your vacation back to NY ..

got a few million to spend and 10 yrs to work it to SCOTUS .. not going to win it here in NY ..

your not a resident of NY ... .. does NY offer a Non Res Permit like FL and other States ?? ...

No it doesn’t but allows people who have a business in Nyc to have a permit even if they move out of state and issues them .
