who has the best, most complete reloading manual?

If there is one on line that would work. My manuals are 20+ years old and a little out of date.

None.
Save your money. Buy the least expensive that has all the basics if you want or otherwise borrow it from the library.
After that, the best sources for information are online sources, from bullet, powder and other manufacturers. Also free online videos form decent reloaders. Also cartrige design and ballistics software is going to have bullet specific loads.
It is easy to collect a small repository of your favorite loads as then verify among different sources.
For the basics you will be covered and can print pdf documents and drawings. This way will also get updates in powder and bullets new designs and changes and will avoid some of the conflicting, obsolete and even erroneous information found in some books like the Lymans. Expensive bricks of paper.
So save your money for something else that is useful for reloading or some other task.
Find a nice binder and collect what you need to take to the bench with you, if you want.

I have a few and think they all suck. For a new loader the Lee manual gives the best introduction to loading. The biggest problem is that the load data between manuals is different.

Here some links you should keep and pdfs you can download and print, or just download and print the pages you want.
you might want to take several loads for the same caliber and powder and compare with other data.
Also keep in mind that the same load for a bullet is going to be reasonable to start with another bullet from
other manufacturer as soon the bullet is of the same weight, length and construction.
One just have to start low and use caution and when in doubt stop and research or ask.
start low and work them up slowly. Good preparation is the key.
Download and cut and paste as much as you want to keep for your records.

I think you have enough to get started here, don't you think?....

I like to buy the caliber specific manuals that pulls data from all the different manufactures. I usually order with the dies and consider in the cost of a new caliber.

But I have to agree with meke, I find myself starting online and get data there. Then I verify with 1 or 2 paper sources.

Here is the deal, I have a bunch of reloading to do. Im going to reload another 1000 rounds of 40cal

Im going to reload what I have left of my 30-30 and 44mag/spl

and then Im going to have the sale of the century. Two Dillon 550B presses, One is all set up for my 40cal, race gun with a Evolution gun works full length sizing/decapping die. also the 550b's have a maintenance parts kit. a Primer flip tray, two RCSB scales, a bunch of primer pick-up rods. bunch of different dies (I'll have a list) 10K small pistol primers, 6000 40cal bullets, Large pistol primers, small rifle primers, Large rifle primers. A couple thousand once fired 40cal brass, some 556 brass and a whole list of other reloading stuff.

also for sale will be a Para 16-40 race gun with speed holster and 6 magazines and range bag.

But it will be a week or two before I get everything inventoried and sorted out, then I'll list everything on the site and how much I want for all this stuff. Im trying to retire and I'll be doing a LOT LESS shooting in the future.
