See a trend here?
Ruger I believeRemington was gone long ago.
Who bought the brand and logo?
Or maybe it's the chance those people finally have to escape from NY.I agree with you guys in regard To Remington leaving because of all the bullshit they have to put up with here in NY. And S&W leaving Mass. It just sucks that people from these areas, that have worked there for well over 100 years are now out in the cold because of "progressive" FUCKTARD " ideology. Even though he's not in power anymore, FUAC and all the other assholes that will follow in his footsteps!

Ruger bought Marlin, Roundhill Group LLC bought Remington.
Yeah and the anti - gunners encourage banks to not do business with the likes of boom boom makers.....way to kill capatilism if you can get your financing for the company to grow and hopefully prosper......I dont blame the...GO ....go make your product and your money where you can......suck for the mohawk valley and those people but I think our "govener" let us down my atleast not fighting for them...I mean they had/have the infrastructure here..give em a bone and let the knaw on it...its not like we dont give tax breaks for other stuff that never materializes....Like Photonics and that crap.....let a legitimate business do their thing uninhibited...........Sad for Ilion, but certainly can’t blame Remington. How do you headquarter in a state that hates what you produce and would love to put you out of business?
No way to justify blaming Remington for this move. It was a long time coming, and I'm glad to see they finally decided to move to a state that isn't trying to put them out of business!!That will destroy what's left of the Mohawk Valley. Can't say I blame them though. Is it truly a political thing or union busting
The folks of Ilion could thank the politicians in NYS. The only thing NYS cared about the people of Ilion, was how much taxes they could collect from them, and Remington. All while they were hellbent on putting Remington out of business.Sad for Ilion, but certainly can’t blame Remington.
^^^^^ABSOLUTETLY!!If I worked for Remington in Ilion, I would sure as hell be looking for a place in GA right now.
