Went today and it was very small. Only one room had vendors. Was not very crowded today. Did see some nice items. Bought a new holster from Ritchie Leather. Just was surprised at the size of he show. Still cost $8.00 to get in.
from what i remember its been just one room , but that was back in the 80's , this was the 2nd gun show at Rochester i been to since then ..
used to go there with dad and get my canon fuse and dad would get the black powder .
I was there too , found what i was after at the last row of tables .. heard a dealer had complaints because his AR prices were to low .. LOL ...
a friend of mine went to a show a few weeks ago in NY and they sold powder there too .. why not the Rochester Show ?? .. the banned items are crazy..
do a damn show .. the best rule i love on there poster .. no cameras .. really .. how many at the show has cell phones now with a CAMERA!!! ..
after all my intel gathering .. its run by FUDDS .. LOL ..
Even some of the vendors said it was not very busy. The last time I was there was a few years ago and both rooms were packed. Maybe people are getting tired of the high prices at Gun shows.
back a few month ago i went to the ROC show .. soon as you walk in .. old muskets .. high $$$$ .. .. same today , same place .. really ..
same Mosin's 379 or 900 for sniper n scope .. same as before ..
its a gun show .. bring in all gun stuff .. powder (store it out side in your truck/van ) but sell it, canon fuse , dummy grenades, ect ..
its not a knife show ... but there was some really nice looking ones there ...
i do have to say , it was good to just get out with a great friend and hang out ..
Last one I went to wasn't bad. It was very crowded and difficult to walk around, but I found exactly what I was looking for. About as good as it's going to get in NYS. Banning certain items and things doesn't exactly drive more people into the show though. I did see many "banned" items for sale, and bought one for the hell of it.
