Of all the stuff that is illegal, this one doesn’t bother me. It’s a gun searching for a purpose.
So it should be illegal?
Not at all. If others find it useful, they should be able to get one.

It would be very nice for hunting small game and as a lightweight plinker.Of all the stuff that is illegal, this one doesn’t bother me. It’s a gun searching for a purpose.

In that case it's a poor compromise between a rifle and a pistol.
I'd take one with a stock and a suppressor.
Or even an arm brace (folding)
In stock config, I agree, but I'd throw an arm brace and a small scope on it. Then you'd have every advantage of a rifle over a handgun. Versus a rifle, you'd be trading a little velocity for weight and the ability to toss it in a backpack. Not a significant difference for most, but if I lived in a state where I could have one and didn't have to go through the hassle of putting it on a license, I'd sell my 10/22 Takedown in favor of one of these in a heartbeat. In that case it's a poor compromise between a rifle and a pistol.
No purpose needed by me, just a want!!It’s a gun searching for a purpose.
