Thats what the orginal price on them were. I bought a gen 1 for $915. Then they started raising the price when they were selling like hot cakes. Its plan was to be the best long range gun under $1000 but now not so much.

Not in the cards for me right now. Sucks because a buddy is getting out of 308 and is selling off his dies and cases, all high end stuff. Could have a great package for not a lot of cash.

Look at the price of the Ruger lcpII in the last year. They have gone up from $240 to $315 in 6-8 months around me. On line they went up $50 in the same time frame. The gun store by me said they can’t keep them in stock. They sell 3-4 per day. Although they always have one.

Its just BS bc it was originally advertised as a 1000 yard gun for under $1000. It was the working mans long range rifle. Its still decently priced but it went from $850/900 to $1300+. No thanks

as Ruger's overall sales decline, prices on individual products should start to come down. Im going to wait until the third quarter of this year before buying any more firearms. Im betting prices will come down even more by then
