I know lots of members here like camping, maybe not in an RV of sorts. However, since it is winter now, all we can do is talk about it.

What is your rig? Where do you like going?

I have a 26' travel trailer. We hit up koa 1000 island in Henderson harbor. We normally stay atleast a week and a half. I would like to go more up there just not as long.

We like it there. The family loves it there, i on the other hand get kinda bored. Lol. Fishing isn't that great. If u ever decided to go up there let me know, we might be up there already. I think we have the first week of August booked already.....maybe it's the second week. I can find out

We have a Jayco Jayflight 28' 5er. One slide, BHS and absolutely love it. Haven't been camping since we moved becuase I've been working so much, but looking forward to it. Georgia is full of state parks and being only an hr from Florida tons of options. The wife wants to buy 4-wheelers and my only complaint is the trailer takes up the bed room.

I have a jayco 17' hybrid. We love it. We go to my parents property, 1000 islands and a few other state parks. We just got it in spring so we will be going some other places. I want to get a truck so I can tow it better and go out west in a few years.

Hybrids are too pop-uppy for me. But Im weird.

What ball mounts do you guys use? Also, any recommendations on tow straps that can pull vehicles without breaking

I've never had anything else, but we love it. Super easy to set up. Way easier than a pop up. Again I don't have anything else to compare to, but we love ours. Also I only have a Ford Flex so I could not really pull anything else. A few years from now I'll get a truck, but due to health care costs rising I can't afford another car payment right now. Thanks to Obama for that and hurting the economy.

Man I miss our Hybrid. We started with a pop-up, then the Rockwood ROO 233 hybrid, then the Jayco 26bh , and eventually bought a camp.
Family all agrees the hybrid was the best (for us). It was the best of both worlds (pop-up/camper), and more of a "camping feel" when you can hear whats going on out there. Easy set up and completely usable without setting up, if you get in a bind. And yes, an easy tow.
I would love to get a smaller hybrid someday to explore the country.

Very nice. Im looking for a nice RV. Finally got a truck to pull it. Should have got dualies so I could get a truck camper.

I have a 24 foot sunline bumper pull. It is a 1990 we picked up last year. I pull it with my F150 without any problems. We go up to the daks once a year, and we have started going to another place once during the summer. This past summer it was Allegheny state park, next year it may be somewhere else. The rest of the year we have a family campground we keep it at. I actually started a Facebook group for Western New York campers, feel free to join.

This is actually our second sunline. The first one was a 88 17 footer, but with our third son, it was a bit too small. We found this one for a decent price, and it we wouldn't be as upset if the boys wrecked this camper vs a newer camper that cost thousands of dollars more.

I have a 19ft jayco hybrid.

Out favorite place is allegany state park.

Another for the kiddos is the local jellystone. Its pretty easy because there are hundreds of constant activities for the kids to do.

I need to get a weight distribution hitch.....
