I'm looking at a 5in cause I already own compact and sub compact gun already.
I would prefer the gun in black but not sure if it is available in black.

I have the 2.0 fullsize in 9mm and love it. Of course they announced the new 2.0 Compact a few months after I got mine.. I personally can't CCW it (at least not without a jacket) as it is too big, but I also don't have an IWB holster for it yet, soo... (also the new grip texture is very aggressive, not sure I'd want to carry it IWB)
Can't speak to the .40 as I've haven't the 2.0 in .40 yet, but the 9mm is a winner. I also really love these sights - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EZSBJSU/ - that orange is so bright it's amazing.

I don't mind the safety cause I carry a 1911 cocked and locked and I'm use to sweeping the safety on my draw.
