Because the law has many many constitutional violations, and they must each be fought separately. So this is like the tenth lawsuit over this now? Why all the redundancies? Why don’t these places pool their money or parse up the lawsuits? I know if they win the big one money will flood in.
That I understand but many are suing or include churches in their lawsuit. Three come to mind immediately. Antityok, the Jewish gun club, and this one. All I’m saying is if the lawsuits are so repetitive aren't we wasting money? I get emails all the time asking for money and funds are running out from a few gun rights organizations. We will have to sue many times and this will make our funds go dry. I think that’s what this crap is all about.Because the law has many many constitutional violations, and they must each be fought separately.
And because you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket (or plaintiff) you want to assault each one on multiple fronts.
It's like asking why they didn't just send all the troops to the easiest beach on D-day.
A year to do research? Nah fuck that, you get 30 days unless you agree that we can have whatever you’re denying between now and then and that they are grandfathered in.hit them a lot ... .. Cali is now begging for more time to search history for there briefs ..

Same mentality as we have to wait 87 years to release the covid trial research data.A year to do research? Nah fuck that, you get 30 days unless you agree that we can have whatever you’re denying between now and then and that they are grandfathered in.
Same reasons why gun owners don't: we can't agree or have a hard-on for someone or some association they don't agree with..So this is like the tenth lawsuit over this now? Why all the redundancies? Why don’t these places pool their money or parse up the lawsuits? I know if they win the big one money will flood in.
