SCOTUS upheld the Fed, and follow on NYS State Laws regarding domestic violence convictions, or restraining orders disallowing persons subject to them, to possess guns.



IN NYS it is not temporary..it is a permanent ban..............only in a divorce might you get your guns back if there was no reason to take them in the first place... a neighbor of mine went thru that--3 years to get his guns back due to a messy divorce..no threats..........just she was scared because she stole half a millon dollars from him..............

SCOTUS long ago, decided that Felons can sell gun parts......

DV gun penalties can be reversed by an act of Congress..................

Lautenberg got it passed, as in the 1950's when he was middle aged, most men beat their wives and it was a great way to disarm 75% of America at the time.

Today, we are bit smarter.

Red Flag laws are as bad..........never let anyone but your Gun Dealer Padre, know you have guns.

A decade ago there was an attempt to have all PP holders in NYS, addresses listed..............the state passed a law saying that was illegal...........Hochul, I expect, will have it all reversed, and list us yearly like public salaries are....TO CAUSE NEIGHBORS TO RED FLAG YOU.
