Count me as being disgusted, but not at all surprised. I have read the FFL's lawsuit. It is extremely well written, and details EXACTLY how bad the situation is for FFL's in NYS. A real eye opener. I strongly encourage everyone out there to read it.

Gun owners are increasingly fucked at every turn. I think we need to no longer sell ammunition and firearm parts or provide service to ALL NY state government agencies, LEO's, etc. They need to begin to see the unconstitutional effects of this bullshit firsthand.

The bruen decision will get a a complimentary and higher ruling to end the bullshit surrounding it and same suits in all the other fucked up states are heading the same way. They want the circuit court to either fix the problem by learning from the bruen decision or they do not and now they get a slap down of historic dimensions. I vote for the meaning of the 2A and the implications of the 10th amendment on states rights and it then implies, whats not as whats in the constitution, they issue a ruling to terminate all this state gun control just like they fixed the gay marriage problem of being state by state, such as butt hole pirates going to hawaii to get married. Preempt state gun control and then all you got to worry about is the ATF, NFA and the GCA and other laws made by the US Congress.

All of NY's little nasty tricks are about to come tumbling down.
IN this one Capanna, the attorney for the gun retailers argued that new record-keeping laws could amount to an unconstitutional gun registry.
Are you kidding me?

I know Capanna as I was part of her AFT lawsuit.
New York already has a gun registry for ARs and handguns.
All they are doing now is adding semi-autos.
