BUT, it mentions his case in 2018 where he intentionally rammed another skell into a house while operating a stolen vehicle. He plead to leaving the scene of an accident because the DOA in that case was shooting at him at the time of the ramming.
Similar to the case years ago in Newburgh where a skell shot another skell who was firing at his brother, the NY self-defense law actually does stand up in court, we just rarely hear about it because by then, the cases are out of the media's concern.
