Lol the over runs are excess production from orders. Atomic Ammo uses the Nosler 168 grain for their match grade ammo.

Many moons ago when lead/copper were in grand supply, MidwayUSA had a blemish/overrun sale of just about every caliber bullet under the sun. It was Nosler, Hornady, Winchester bullets. They were 50% off already old priced reloading components. I bought 15,000. The UPS guy was a shooter and knew about the same sale I did.
