Sig P365 believe the hype

Had a chance ti fire the P365 and it is that good. The grip on it is tiny!!! It shots incredibly soft, trigger is great and I shot it very well. The slide did not lock open a couple of times but that was my grip. The owner has over 600 rounds through it and not one problem and I was the only one it didnt lock open for. I adjusted my grip and it locked open. This pistol is a real winner imo.

Hows the trigger on it? Looks alot like an LC9 and I Hate the trigger pull on it (the LC9). Have a P938 which is an awesome little 9mm gun.

You have the same problem as I do with Sigs. No matter how hard I try my right thumb always rides the slide release. I've learned to live with it as opposed to changing my grip. I love the X-ray front sight on that gun, by far my favorite. Same sight that came on my Legion.

I’ve been wanting to get my hands on one these but I’d have to get a grip extension. I put grip extensions on all my G43 mags it made it a hell of a lot better to shoot.

Funny we are all different. The owner of the 365 had no problems with the 365 but dumped his p226 and p220 for legions to eliminate tat poblem. Yes, the sights are great and would not see any reason to change them.

One of the guys at Masterclass in Monroe told me when I asked if they were getting any that one, they can't get any and two they've heard that there have been nothing but problems so it's better for them to wait for Sig to sort out those problems before they start getting any.

Have you ever held or shot a Glock 26? The Sig really isn't that much smaller to make a difference. It has no problems and it'll share magazines and holsters with your Glock 19 along with your Ruger PCC.

I have small hands and it works just fine. And conceals just fine too. Same as my previous XDS did which is the same size as your Shield.

Yes. I don't like subcompact double stacks at all.
I want something small like the P365 for carry with light summer clothing. I will see if I can conceal the 19 with just a jeans an T shirt which is my typical mode of dress.

That's what the Sig is. I wish I could show you that it conceals the same.

That's what the Sig is.

It is the same width as the Shield or G43, and in other dimensions a bit smaller than either.
The Glock 26 is considerably wider.

When SIG gets the kinks ironed out I will proly get one.

There is apparently a problem with the fit between the barrel and the slide that is causing sone pretty significant galling and deformation issues.

The gun shop didn't go into specifics but when I did a search on YouTube titled "Sig p365 Problems" multiple videos came up with multiple problems.

I just wanted to hold one to see if the extra 4mm less of thickness felt better in my hand compared to a G26.

So even Tim @ Military Arms Channel warned on his Patreon page about not buying the P365.. the firing pin broke near the end of filming (video not out yet), and there have been many reports of it happening to others. Apparently the firing pin is a MIM part??? Whose idea was THAT?

Yeah so far first run batch is not looking good for reliability on these guns (nothing unusual for a first run)

Shit will get worked out and then maybe look into getting one
