SKS transfer in Utica area?

Hi All,

I have a friend of mine who bought a SKS from classic and was going to have to the transfer done at Bass Pro here in Utica. Bass pro originally told him that they would do the transfer but now declines to do it because of the Bayonet. Does anyone know a FFL that will do this transfer for him?

I know of several but unfortunately not in your area. Look around a little, must be someone near him with an FFL and brains besides.

Yeah, since I have a C&R,I had no idea who did transfers like this in the area. My Friend shot one of my SKS's and had to have one. Can't say I blame him LOL
