I have no idea why they need them, but I certainly need some myself. I’m not gonna say 90, but the answer to how many guns is always N + 1, where N = the number of guns you already own.

Besides, machine guns are historically significant to collectors as they represent important milestones in the development of projectile launchers, and very efficient at converting money and powder into noise and fun.

My only concern would be as a taxpayer in their jurisdiction.

Unless their intention was to create some sort of public library, then I would wholeheartedly support it
