is there a way to set my preferences to NOT follow the threads i start? i hate trying to remember to un check the "Watch this thread...

" when i create a new thread.

also can we have links in our posts open in a new window? i do not like having it open in my current window. makes going back to where i was troublesome at times....if i get click crazy......
