I don't think Eddie Eagle would approve.
Using human no shoots is either extremely stupid or ballsy.
It defeats the purpose of training as well.
If someone gets maimed or killed during your training, even if it later saves your or somone elses life, it was not worth it.
But as adults we make our own choices and deterimine what risks we are willing to take. Its none of my buisness. Unless you accidentally shoot me.

Good performance in such drills doesn't necessarily translate into real life situations. Psychological readiness is a bigger factor. Some people have it in them, some don't, some can develop it, some never will.

Ok. I get your point. I just didn't see how you could come away with all of that not going on just by observing the video. I just found their training interesting.

Lol, I've heard of some other dumb stuff he's done but that's ridiculous! "Just an illusion", yeah a little accidental wrist twitch and that photographer's face will become an illusion! No wonder people call him an a-hole all over the internet.
Then when he gets criticized he always goes full meathead. "FIGHT ME IRL BRO!"
I've heard he did some hiding during one of his IRL firefights, lol.
That I don't actually fault him for. It was an ambush and he ran for cover and provided support.
I just hate everything else he does and stands for.
