I frequently drive between rochester and syracuse to visit family. I take a more rural route as opposed to the thruway. There is a house on the way that flies the american flag and a "fuck biden" flag. Makes the trip worthwhile.

Did these people not see the posters, banners, tshirts and effigies of Trump over the last 5 years? wishing death on him and his family and followers.
I was fine with that, some was funny as hell.

No, when my kids were younger, I did not want them to see and hear some things. I turned the TV off when a program came on that I did not find to be okay for my kids, same with the radio. There are many things in society that I find very tasteless and I think it sucks that our kids are forced to hear and see some of the garbage.

We have turned some great forward thinking b our Founding Fathers into an excuse to look foolish and sound ridiculous. One of the prices of freedoms.

This flag, I own one. I have it in my garage for me to see. I would not fly it from a flag pole for all to see.

Understood. I would choose not to fly a flag like that in front of my house too. Just because one wouldn't want their kid to see it though doesn't mean a rule should be made for all not to see it. It comes down to how you raise your kids. There are many things in society that I know make my kids cringe. I do though feel confident in the job that I have done that my kids know how to react to uncomfortable things they see and hear as well as the morals they have been raised with and how those morals don't disappear because of the phrase, "Fuck Biden." How much do you want to bet this wouldn't be as much of an issue if "Fuck Trump" flags were flying? Hell, I remember seeing lefties and their kids parading around with that and worse during Trump's presidency. I even watched Family Guy with my kids when they were very young and what some would say at an inappropriate age because I figured they were going to learn about stuff either way and they might as well be exposed to it in front of me.

Not really, they're both acceptable.

Who are these 'some people'? It's the same thing when you hear someone say, "They say XYZ is bad". Who are the "they"? "Some say" is a meaningless term meant to stir you up. In this case, it's a few ninnys that don't like it. Headline should read, "3 people in a town don't like a flag", it's just not so dramatic that way though...

Very few would see it.
We live very rural and have a long driveway into the woods.
I suppose I could put it by the road so the 3 cars that pass a day could see it.
