NY should give them $500k each for separating them from their undocumented gun!

3 people 1 gun. 1/3 rd of a charge for each person. But one was only 20 so by law, he is not allowed to touch a gun without an NRA Instructor present. So if the other two were not instructors his case should be tossed unless he was observed touching the instrument.
Then you can split the charges on the other two Teeriq Stanley, age 21, Robert Perdue Jr., age 21 on with possession of an unregistered firearm and the other with possession of a high cap mag. One charge is under Sullivan and the other under NY SAFE. This way if they ever appeal they would need two cases for double the fun. If all of this fails, lock em up for a rolling stop without a seatbelt. I'm sure the Rochester cops are complementing the NY State Police for a great job of police work as noted in the NY State Police press release.
All subjects were taken into custody, processed, and transported to the Monroe County Jail to await arraignment. What happened to catch and release?
