New York State Police Newsroom: State Police investigate fatal drowning on Skaneateles Lake.
On February 4, 2018, at approxiamtely 3:55 p.m. the State Police responded to a report of a possible drowning in Skaneateles Lake near Glen Haven. It was reported that a male who had fishing equiptment, had fallen through the ice and had not resurfaced for over 20 minutes.
