Probably just driving a pickup with commercial plates on a parkway. The second violation could be any one of a 1000 things from the bulb on you license plate being out to towing a trailer.

Yeah doesn't take much 20+ years ago I pulled a pop-up on TSP from putnam to delaware county never an issue
