i seen a bit on NY laws .. but have to think on this ,.. this is built from factory .. its not a attachment to reduce the sound .. it was made that way from the start ... so to be in foul of NY , you would have to cut off what they did and add one to make it even quieter .. like in the movies .. puff puff ..
This thing is useless and is marketed for people who are easily manipulated into thinking that it is cool and useful.
Hmmm. I could have sworn I was wrong in saying that this was illegal according to the NY Penal Law given how everyone was telling me that I was wrong.Silencer Co. Has already come out and said that N.Y. won't be getting any, 8 states total have their laws written in a way this still can't get around.
So legal in 42 states but the 8 still miss out

I didn't mean you. I meant the guys who ignored NY law and quoted ATF definitions just because it was cool and wanted to have it and said that I was wrong. Also @Willjr75 I do believe i conceded pretty early in saying this would end up being a no go in NY
I'm against those who don't read the law but have opinions that cannot be changed no matter what the law says.@Willjr75 it's you against the world.
Also you are are wrong
