Several U.S. states and civil rights groups promised on Tuesday to stop the federal government from asking people whether they are citizens in the 2020 Census, arguing it could discourage immigrants from participating and skew the makeup of Congress.

Gee, I wonder which states are involved? For the life of me I can't see why it is a problem to ask people if they are citizens. THEY SHOULDN'T BE HERE IF THEY AREN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they are legal immigrants they are considered as citizens.
If they aren't legal immigrants they should not be represented in Congress!
