any FFL to there to buy pistol with just a NICS check ?? .. and i don't even like that part ..

I’ll also add it’s stupid and will confuse many people causing issues in the end.
I will also say if cities and counties can pass stricter gun laws than the state it should be able to go the other way as well.

I agree in the end this is fairly meaningless just like all the anti-SAFE Act resolutions back in 2012-2013. If you have a pistol permit and are carrying in one of the "sensitive" locations the cops are definitely going to arrest you (at least the State Police are and I bet many of the local PDs will as well. Maybe even the Sheriff's Department). Still, as a Sullivan County resident it's kind of nice to know that my legislature is at last saying the right things, even though it really has no teeth.

But if counties, cities and states can be "sanctuary" counties/cities/states for illegal immigrants why can't the same be done for firearms?
