None of the cases mentioned in the article are current.
When a black robed bandit throws up roadblocks to the Trump administration immigration policies, one of his advisors/lawyers should know these older Scotus rulings and use them to steamroll the judge. Hell, I bet a 2nd year law student could dig this stuff up and prep it for the big guns to hash out.

Makes you wonder what's really going on. Multiple previous rulings and precedent are conveniently missed or forgotten and Trump lets these kangaroo courts get away with this?
Sorry, but it looks like a staged executive/judicial game to me and the only losers are we the people.
It almost looks like the game is being played to give the illusion that the system is working.
