Looks like that in their haste to call out the SWAT team, they forgot to set up a perimeter, and so the perp jumped out a rear window and walked off to who knows where. In broad daylight, no less.

Per WGRZ report, the suspected shooter / squatter has been arrested after someone blew his location in to the cops (there was a $7,500 Crime Stoppers reward out for the shooter's arrest).

Interestingly enough, he was carrying a foldable 9mm carbine when arrested. Looks to be an older Kel-Tec model. Illegal in NY of course... Is that the new homeless / squatter firearm of choice now (at least in states where it is legal)?

And, ... if he is the shooter who killed those two men, how fucking dumb does he have to be to hang on to that gun, which ballistics will just link to the two men killed, and likely put him away? Or, maybe he just wants 3 hots and a cot for the next 30 years? Or, is he just a mental case who should have been institutionalized years ago?
