Republican victories will mean absolutely bupkiss if they continue to do absolutely nothing policy wise. If a red wave occurs we need to hold the Republican party's feet to the fire and demand they actually do something! We must demand movement on anti corporate censorship legislation, Silicon Valley trust busting, prosecution of leftist terrorists, liberalized self defense satutes i.e. Castle Doctrine and stand your ground laws as the national standard, repeal of all red flag laws, National Reciprocity, repeal of the NFA and an end to and repeal of unconstitutional anti gun legislation.

Besides... Only a slight smudge over 50% voted in the last Presidential election, what makes you think that number will change either? And before you answer, make sure you check today's relevance against such historical upheaval times like the Great Depression, WWII, the Vietnam War, etc., and check those voting numbers as well. Lol

I am very afraid of the coming election.
I know many people who are ideologically conservative, but either don't get too political or still trust the MSM at least a little.
They all think Trump is at least half the danger than MSNBC paints him as.
They normally vote Republican, but just like seceral members here, they will sit home or vote 3rd party because of Trumps perceived faults.
It may not matter much in this state, but if there are many people like them in the swing states it could well hand the election to Biden.

Well, now that you see it coming- please dont cry "conspiracy" and "fraud" when it happens.
Given the choice between a Borrow and Spend Republican who is no friend to most any part of the conservative agenda, and a Tax and Spend Democrat who is obviously inimical to those ideals as well, I vote "other" or not at all.
"But judges!" I hear. From the same people who then bitch and moan about decisions penned by those judges. The judicial picks are the one shining star in the pit of uselessness that has been this administration. In no small part due to outside people like the Heritage Foundation.
"But Ryan!" I hear- even after he left. Etc. "But the swamp!" I hear- and have to laugh because what precisely has been done about said swamp when Trump has held the levers of power for nearly four years?

The Legislature needs a major kick in the ass... And in my opinion, the only way this will ever be accomplished is to unseat the lifelong Politicians with the enactment of "Term Limits"... Something that is going to be extremely difficult to achieve as it's not something they'll do, ie, legislate themselves out of a job!
But my opinion, is backed by their performance that all can see for themselves. And for the matter, the last 10 Presidency's as well. Because the simple fact that we are still fighting for the same shit we wanted in the 80's... Just now there's different labels attached to them. Lol

I see where you are at with this and you make sense. Change is only as how our elected vote, The color of cloth (Red/Blue) shall change drastically IMO. We have had A lot of change in this Country over the years just not in our favor. There will be a Red wave for sure.

Well, you fight fire with fire... And those Republican politicans knew exactly what they had. They, like many, fully expected Clinton to be the next POTUS and their gameplans all were set up to combat the new chief... Then we all awoke to a new world. They knew exactly what has been rammed down their throats for the previous 8 years with the Obama administration. So it was time to send a few messages, make amends and make a statement loud and clear! Especially with the SCOTUS basically telling Congress that they could fix certain issues which were brought before the court, all they need do is act... They did nothing... Deer in the headlights nothing... Nothing on Immigration, nothing on 2A, nothing on jobs, etc. A big fat nothing!
