Just because we don’t want the federal spending and the IRS a size doubled doesn’t mean we don’t want police or enforcement of laws. We want dangerous criminals killing people investigated first before these financial crimes are investigated. Seem odd to me that they think they can make $44 billion off investigating people cheating their taxes and maybe they can I don’t know.

The demands to defund the police seriously hurt the Dems, politically. They NEED to try to walk that back and regain as much of their voting base as possible.
As we've seen over the last two years, the Dems have this problem with the English language. Words have meanings. To the Dems those meanings are as fluid as their "gender" definitions, and just as devoid of reality.
We've also seen how the Dems like to accuse others of the very same conduct the Dems excel at.
That anyone actually believes this crap is staggering, but not really all that surprising.

Defunding the federal gestapo known as the FBI is completely different than defunding local police departments. This is obvious to anyone with a small amount of self awareness. The FBI actively participated in a coup to remove the sitting president. It cannot be reformed and must be defunded completely.
