My main concerns are two things:
1) Government control over financial institutions and the means to transact with each other without the government being able to stop it.
2) The government trying to control the food supply.
Without control of these, we stand a chance. As they tighten their grip on them, they're giving us few options. I do not intend to die cold or starving, and if faced with those options I think the solution is pretty clear.
Controlling money and food, did help the past dictators. Eventually people just had enough and killed them.

Well, today we see the news telling us the people of Georgia are suffering at the hand of Putin because they can't transfer U.S. dollars through a financial system to Russia and unto their poor families. Now let that sink in for a moment. What don't they already control? Who are they willing to hurt? And who is really being punished? Imagine Putin had that control over you here in the U.S.? Would anyone stand for that? Serious question.
