In the end I will have to comply, but I intend on being as much of a dick as possible during the process.
Of course my renewal will be mailed certified on the last day, I also will not be including my DL info on the first application.
Does anyone know if I get a non-drivers ID will it be the same number as my drivers license? That might be an angle to explore.

My wife also has her permit, all pistols are dual registered between us. I plan on having her take all hers off minus one lowly 22, send in her certification reflecting the pistols on her permit, then transfer them back to her and repeat for myself. Sure it will be little money to the county for the transfers and it doesn't really prove anything, but the more corruption I can instill into the NYSP database the happier I think I will feel.

Sounds great, I have every intention to be as difficult as possible. I will also be sending a hard copy certified mail at the last minute. I have thought about filling out a bunch of hard copies and sending them in incompletely at first to make them work a bit to investigate who sent them in.

Not really, I dont want to talk about how ridiculous it is, if this this is plans for eventual confiscation or compliance/non complliance. I just want to talk about methods of making it as hard and labor intensive as possible as well as any way to make their database worthless.

I'll just make my own, and buy the glitter in cash. $10 for one glitter bomb is a bit much. I can make a lot of little ones for a lot less.

Does that mean I can request a copy of the forms in Navajo ? My wife wants hers in Swahili, and my dog needs sanskrit.

What happens if we each send in multiple copies ? Can I register my caulking gun in Navajo, but my Peter Gunn records on a separately mailed form in Mandarin ?
