Tennessee Senate Bill 1847...


Would change current law to allow use of deadly force "to terminate a trespass" (in defense of property), as long as you don't shoot them in the back.

I have the utmost respect for another person's private property, and I expect the same respect for mine.

I 100% support this bill, and will be contacting my representatives to let them know.
