Any FCG that is able to be manipulated to fire at a higher rate than is typically indicative of "reasonable" semi-auto fire. Vague on purpose to all but ban semi auto guns. This is what happens. Trump is effectively redefining the machine gun by doing this. This potentially paves the way to render illegal anything that makes a gun fire like a machine gun, even though the actual gun isn't a machine gun by design. This means some poor sap with a fast trigger finger or dare I say it, a semi auto with a light trigger pull, a machine gun because while it is mechanically not a machine gun, it can be fired quickly so it's a machine gun.
