Trying to verify who/ if anyone reciprocates with S.C.

ok ive been to two places...concealed carry.com and I can remember the other now.....trying to see if there is a permit I can get that allows me to have my firearm in S.C. Im from Rottenchester area......

Anyways...One says a Florida Non-Resident permit will give me reprocity with S.C. and others sights im reading say NO....

I should have gotten my Fla with Utah I guess...that'll learn me....but im trying to verify if a Fla non resident will get me S.C. or no.

I dont remember what I found on S.C. SLED sight so I will have to go look again.

ok I think I found it. BUT a catch.... S.C does recognize FLA....STATE resident Permits ONLY from what Im seeing so that may be why I found conflicted answers...so FLA NON resident permit does not get me S.C. Only if I was Resident of FL with my permit...........

There are a lot of states that do resident permit only reciprocity.

Really screws NY residents.

SC is one of *those* states whose permit system really needs an overhaul. A non-resident permit should be allowed like NC.
