Hahahahaha it sure ain't these guys good showExactly! Did you see the pix of the guys arrested? Definitely an odd couple.
2 man in jail on taxpayers dime. And unless they stole or killed to get the drugs or guns . constitutionally they did nothing wrong.
" as I'm concerned they have a right to carry a gun and the state has no right to tell them what they can posess or ingest as long as they are harming no one but themselves."
I guess you have an opinion I don't agree with. So there are no laws and no one is a criminal. I guess we'd save on the cost of jails and a criminal judicial system but we'd spend that saved money on ammunition. My opinion is your opinion is what makes "califonia and albany so great"
Those are ticketable offenses. You get caught speeding, you are run for warrants and if clean and not wanted you should only get the ticket. That's it.What makes it a legal stop? As far as I'm concerned, no one should be stopped unless they have committed a crime or suspected of committing a crim
The article does explain the reason for the stop...as I said earlier..."IF A LEGAL STOP"
As for no one being stopped unless they committed a crime.....isn't 1.speeding...2...reckless driving...3.....improper lane change....I could go on but isn't breaking the law....a crime ? at any level ? As for being stopped on "suspicion of committing a crime" that opens an entire new can of worms. Like taking guns away on "suspicion"

Not a lawyer, and slept at home last night, but if memory serves, ordinary traffic offenses are at most violations, or infractions, and are not criminal offenses. What makes it a legal stop?
