F/S Type 99 arisaka or trade

Type 99 arisaka, this has been sportarized and I believe cut down. The barrel measures 16 1/2 inches,overall 35 inches and the finish appears to be possibly" powder coated" not sure due to have never seeing a finish like this. The condition of this is next to perfect and shoots as good as it looks. The stock still has the cleaning kit inside. Included will be a box of ammo.
I am really looking just to trade but will take cash as I am looking for something of a smaller caliber. I will throw in a box of ammo along with it. Price is 250 or B.O. or trade for equivalent value.
