POUGHKEEPSIE – A man who was shot in a car that crashed near Vassar Brothers Medical Center in the City of Poughkeepsie Thursday afternoon has died, city police said.Shortly after 2 p.m. the police and fire departments were dispatched to the accident. Initial reports indicated that the car had left the roadway and gone up a snowbank, striking a tree, in front of 70 Livingston Street.
