The ERA is feminazi garbage, and has been languishing for decades as a Constitutional Amendment without enough states to ratify it.
Further, from what I read late last night the Blackface gang have changed the threshold for submitting a petition to recall elected officials from 10% of the electorate to 25%. Apparently there was a petition to get rid of Northam circulating that had three quarters of the necessary 10% electorate threshold already collected...
I apologize that I do not have a link for the information on the recall petition changes to VA law made by the Demsheviks, as it was late and I forgot to bookmark it and now can't find it.
VA is not just another state running up against the leftist wall of anti-American garbage we've seen out west in Commiefornia, or in New Yorkistan and the rest of the North East corridor. They lost complete control of the "visible" FedGov, although they retained the Deep State, and now they are running their playbook state by state as they patiently wait to get the presidency and Congress back.
These people think in terms of how to gain total power over all of us in the long run, they plan well and organize and maintain a lot of solidarity in the ranks through pandering to anyone who will vote for them regardless of how evil or insane their views are.
By and large the Republicans are feckless squanderers of our Liberty, the moral high ground, our orderly Constitutional system of justice and law. They have no long term plans to fight, no clue where to start, and many in their political ranks want to simply be Dem-lite anyways, protecting their own business interests for their own enrichment while letting the rest of us get crushed under godless communism one step at a time.
VA went blue by a slim majority in part because the Republicans did not run any candidates in 1/4 of the VA Assembly seats, and did very little in comparisons to the Demrats to turn out the vote. Frankly, given the foot dragging and lack of support of President Trump by a lot of Republican politicians at both the state and Federal level, I believe what happened in VA was at least partially on purpose. In a time where the national R party is taking in 3 or 4 times as much cash as the Demrats thanks to President Trump, they couldn't hold VA? They squandered 2 years with complete control of the House, the Senate, and the Presidency, thanks to scum like Paul Lyin' Ryan, and failed on purpose to repeal Ocare when they promised on a stack of Bibles to do so.
We must think on a different level, and American patriots must come to grips with the fact that politics as usual (read: representative government) is under very serious attack at both the Federal and State level.
The soap box has been yanked out from under us by a complicit, traitorous yellow press and multinational tech conglomerates, and the vote cheaters in government and in the leftist ranks are smashing the ballot box nationwide and state by state right in front of our lying eyes.
We must think the thoughts of our Founding Fathers and the great men and women of their day who reached for their Liberty and won it for future generations, including this one, many of whom suffered great personal loss to do so.
In the past I have attempted to appeal to my fellow NYers as best as I can to wake them up to understand what is going on in this nation, perhaps not always in the best manner but with the best intentions, so help me God.
Don't believe me! Reread the Founding documents. Reread the writers of the pre- and post-Revolutionary era. Reread the conversations of the many people who worked for and against the ratification of our State and Federal constitutions. All of it is online and very accessible via a few keystrokes in your search engine of choice. Listen to them!
Practically no one in our government represents me. And they don't represent any of you either.
And yes, the Liberal Progressive Agenda is not shy... They don't care what feathers they ruffle. In contrast, the Republicans were so worried about upsetting the playing field, they chumped out when they had the power to force change. Looky where we are now...
NPR reported on January 15, 2020 that Virginia became the “pivotal” 38th state to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment. However, there is reason to believe that this vote was a sham. Jarrett Stepman of the Daily Signal tweeted, “This is highly deceptive coming from a news outlet. The argument that...
I couldn't for the life of me figure out the other day why the VA Assembly was voting on a "Constitutional Amendment" that I hadn't heard about since high school, but I didn't have the time to check up on it.
Supreme Court ruled this clunker dead years and years ago, but Virginia Demsheviks who love symbolic do nothing legislation had to vote on something to pander to the pussy hats:
