Venezuela inspired SAFE compliant AR-15

I know, everybody is over SAFE Compliance threads but I saw this picture from Venezuela that got me thinking...

It's an AR57 Upper that accepts P90 magazines and ejects brass into the magwell:

AR57 AR-15 AR57 Upper Assembly 5.7x28mm FN 1 8 1/2 Twist 16 Barrel.

Someone invent a CompMag for the P90, fix the magazine, and keep the lower as is. No need to have a fixed magazine on the lower as it merely serves to catch spent brass from your AR57 upper.

I have one. They make 10 round P90 mags. Thread protector and a thorsdon stock Good to go.

Had an AR57 until my Daughter found out she loved it more than me. It would be impossible to load the magazine if it was fixed to the upper.
