Virginia is now of the view that New York’s handgun permit regime is irreconcilable with the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, which secures an individual right to bear arms outside the home for self-defense.
Adding a little more wood to the fire keeps it going. Can you say too little too late.

I honestly believe that SCOTUS will send a favorable decision our way leading to easing the restrictions for a full carry license. However, get ready for new legislation specifying where you aren't allowed to carry.
I assume the text of the new law will read as follows:
"You can't carry in a bar
You can't carry in a car
You can't carry in a store
You can't carry with a whore
You can't carry on Main
You can't carry on a train
Where you carry, we don't care
S'long as you don't carry anywhere."
Not a rapper, but if someone could set this to a rap track you would have a hit.I honestly believe that SCOTUS will send a favorable decision our way leading to easing the restrictions for a full carry license. However, get ready for new legislation specifying where you aren't allowed to carry.

I heard in NYS they are pushing pistol permits through very fast, why? I don’t know maybe so they can issue them with restrictions?
NYPD certainly doesn't seem like it's going any faster lol.I heard in NYS they are pushing pistol permits through very fast, why? I don’t know maybe so they can issue them with restrictions?
People need to start suing for damages on these suits, not just "pretty please stop infringing on my rights".Well that's nice now that SCOTUS has heard the case....even if they rule NYC/NYS is violating the Constitution, they won't do anything about it.
Depends on the County, their Staffing, The Sheriff, The Judge, howI heard in NYS they are pushing pistol permits through very fast, why? I don’t know maybe so they can issue them with restrictions?
To file Suit one has to have been damaged, have competent Lawyers, and be not only be WILLING but truly committed to go the distance in Court...Sounds easy, but it really isn't.People need to start suing for damages on these suits, not just "pretty please stop infringing on my rights".
More like "this is a class action on behalf of 10 million gun owners, we're suing for 100,000 dollars each in damages, on top of an injunction to stop the infringement".
Stop their "those it against the wall and see what sticks" approach by making them pay a real price for hurting people.
Having your civil rights violated is real damages.Depends on the County, their Staffing, The Sheriff, The Judge, how
