I love how they all think they know the law.

Ridiculous or not I am guessing he was within his rights based on them "standing down?" I'm just asking based on how it turned out. If so it would be nice if the cops knew legally what they were potentially getting themselves into, no? What the actual law was based on the situation that presented? Especially the female who puffed her chest feathers like she was all that.

Look up Schrödinger’s cat channel on YouTube. All he does is post endless videos of these guys getting owned. Generally they are breaking the law by trespassing yet think because taxes paid for a building they cannot be trespassed.
I love Schrödinger’s cat videos. They are awesome. these First Fraudators are a laughing stock to say the least.

I have watched a lot of 1a audit videos. That's pretty much how the audits go. Except for the don't taze me bro part. I threw that part in just because.
The one that I watch the most is Amagansett Press. The guy (Jason) was arrested 2-3 weeks ago.
The charges were dropped but he has not put out any new videos since his arrest.

I've watched videos where he harasses everybody in his hometown. He posts in front of their businesses and their homes just to harass them, he is absolute garbage

The way he harasses everyday people at the post office. He gets away with it only because of the camera. I would love to see him be a real man and say the things that he does to people off camera.

The only audit videos I watch are from Audit The Audit. The only reason I watch those is because they go into all the laws, from local ordinances to federal case law. Then they list the cases in the links below the video so you can get an update to what happened after it went to a judge.
First they came for, but who cares.
Now they are coming for me, but no one left.
Rights are rights, look at the police state we live in now, politicians creating orders cops following orders not law.
Personally my family had a run in with the local cops who couldn't read and comprehend a decree from the court, I read and informed him what it meant; his response was he would be back to arrest me, I'm still waiting 2 years later.
He was rude, condescending, tried to puff up and tried intimidation, but I laughed and told him to bring on the arrest so I could sue.

There's actually a guy in the LC who does this. Went into my other half's place of employment a couple weeks ago and poked a little. She and her staff handled it like champs, but other folks in the facility notsomuch.
That prompted a conversation with my guys in the FD about how to handle stuff like this. It was quite timely, as we had extensive discussion about this in my PIO class about a week prior.
I won't post the video, because I don't want to give the asshat any more publicity.

Fully support 1A audits. Some do them better than others.
The ones I love are when a knowledgeable peer or supervisor shows up and shuts down the unlawful detention immediately.
I am very concerned about the number of posts here that take more issue with the perceived rudeness of the auditor than they do the unlawful behavior of government representatives. Our rights are a hell of a lot more important than someone's feelings.

Most of them are awful , some really bad just asshole annoying people for views.
I like Amagansett press and his son , they aren't bad. I personally like seeing citizens freak out over a camera then police show up do the right thing. I cringe when they clash with the police and start arguing. But I do think it's important to film police and make sure they do not violate people's rights. Especially after covid I don't trust that police will do the right thing anymore.

I’ve seen a bunch and IMO the majority are people who are looking to create content. They instigate a situation until they get the desired response. I mainly see them as a nuisance and waste of limited LE resources.
I’m all for exercising rights and keeping people accountable but harassing people in posts offices and barging into traffic stops is too much.

I saw Long Island audit did a few departments around where my sister works. I warned her this Thanksgiving.
She is a sergeant and had encountered 2 of them coming into the police station before. She answered the dumb questions politely and let them take videos of the lobby and didn't have any issue. I searched the department and couldn't find video. The people reacting are also responsible for creating content.

But they do highlight the problem that there are plenty of the same who think they have authority they don't.
Idiot assholes concern me a lot more when they have badges than they do when they just have cameras.
Honestly, I would like to see a professional federally backed group in place to do this job instead of what amounts to a bunch amateurs who are frequently incompetent.
Take Biden's new 80k IRS agents and instead create a new agency that basically does this professionally, and has the full backing of the DOJ when rights are violated.
