wheat berries in storage for ten years

This was posted on another forum...a forgotten bucket of wheat berries was found and the author posted his results.

How did you store it? Bucket with sealed Mylar?

We put the corn in vacum sealed bags, didn't have mylar bags and used what we did have. Then packed the bags, probably 5 or 6 cups, good amount for our use, each in plastic buckets with tight lids. The corn is dry and smells clean. Also grinds and tastes pretty good.
