Here's the hypothetical:
You need to enter a building which will consist mostly of small to medium rooms and tight hallways where you will probably encounter a few bad guys who aren't expecting you. Maybe you're rescuing someone (maybe you're Liam Neeson in 'Taken'?) . You can assume the walls will be typical residential or business office construction, it's not a bunker. Here's a funny one: you're not going to have hearing protection and you have no access to silencers . Other factors about the bad guys are unknown. You can choose one of the three weapons as a primary (and let's say you have an additional backup pistol also). No Shotguns Allowed. No Full Auto or Burst Allowed, but you can choose some obscure military weapon converted to semi-auto only if you want. Common, obtainable ammo types only, no super secret depleted uranium rounds. No limits on magazine size. No monetary limits for specific gun models. You can choose whatever caliber you'd like that is commercially manufactured or obtainable as mil-surp.
SBR Rifle, SBR Pistol Caliber Carbine, or a Pistol as a primary?
Be as vague or as specific in comments as you'd like, but maybe give a little reasoning behind your choice. You can specify your backup pistol as well, if you'd like to.
Please participate! It's for fun!
