The very act of writing a law, after the fact, to bail out anything that was replete with malfeasance, even if because they didn't know anything else to do, is reprehensible!!! Culpability, is what it is... Somebody has to be responsible, take responsibility! You can't just wash it away with legislation... And it should be challenged, to the highest courts if necessary! Simply amazing and befuddling!

Well, you can't sue them in state court.

But you can still sue them in federal court for violating your civil rights.....

She can't do anything about that.

Yes, I agree... For the most part, but a BIG NO otherwise. My thoughts...

Businesses that acted by Gov't decree, "NOT LAW" should not "after the fact" be given a get out of jail free card! Here in NY, that example would be the Nursing Home scandal!!! That caused "DEATH"...

We aren't talking about the corner coffee truck!

But this was the big burner post 9-11 as well... The big bailout not only for itself (Fed Gov't) but the airlines and many more who were complicit in the failures which led to the terrorist attack.

People have to decide, what is more important... The Constitution, and LAW, or the spewing rhetoric from morons mouths like our wonderful mentally deficient govenor! And if you follow edicts, decrees, or proclamation, outside the established LAW then you should be culpable for your actions.

I could give a dozen hypothetical scenarios but I don't like doing that...
