Kamala can't pick the likes of Pelosoi or Maxine Waters, or Adam Schiff unless they previously moved out of California or they would never run on the same ticket with Kamala in 2024.
It is my understanding that the President and Vice President can not be from the same state because of a still standing Article II Electoral College rule, so the founding fathers must have known that the then non existent California would be ripe full of assholes like Pelosi, Schiff, Newsome, Feinstein, Maxine Waters, and Swalwell.

Again, being both Black and a Woman of Color helps to immunize the executive from any kind of criticism. This would also solidify the privileged white woman constituency who seek to alleviate the guilt they feel for the racist philosophy they hold that anyone who is not white cannot achieve anything without their white savior help.

The governor of Oregon is the first openly bi-sexual governor anywhere. Adding her to the executive team would inoculate them from criticism on the basis that any criticism would be considered racist, sexist, and bi-phobic/homo-phobic. She’s also very pro “rioting is free speech”, “speech is violence” and “silence is violence”, “defund the police” and “black lives matter” which would make her unlikely to be a threat to the newly chosen president.

The succession order is only for the President's seat. The 25th Amendment states:
Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
Depends on the criteria.

No criteria. Could be from anything, from sickness, death, impeachment whatever. The guy is knocking on heavens door and he has a ton of ways to be removed. I dont see him making 4 years in office and if you want to put a wager in , Ill take that action all day.

We have sort of went through this scenario with the Nixon/Agnew/Ford secession. When Agnew left, Nixon appointed Ford, When Nixon left office Ford moved up to president and he appointed Rockefeller as his VP.
